PRODUCT POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Delivery time will take from 3 to 5 business days in Egypt. If a customer wishes to return an order, it will take within 5 business days for the amount to be transferred to the customer's bank account.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
